Celebrating where we've been. Trusting God with where we're going.
The Next 20 is about looking ahead with faith and excitement for what God has in store for Landing Place Church. As we look toward the next 20 years, we believe God is continuing to open doors and expand opportunities for us to reach more people, serve our community, and make an even greater impact for Jesus.
One of those opportunities is the purchase of the property directly next to our current campus. This additional land gives us room to dream, grow, and prayerfully consider how God might use our campus to serve His purposes in the years ahead.
Our Dilemma
Commerce City has big plans for our area, including new roads. And when these plans go into effect at some point in the future, our property will look a whole lot different. We will find ourselves with a city road across our property.

A Strategic Purchase for Landing Place Church
We're not purchasing this property because we have every detail of the next twenty years figured out. We don't. And we don't need to. What we do know is that having this property gives future leaders options.
It gives us the ability to think differently about future building expansion. It gives us flexibility. It gives us additional space. It allows future generations of Landing Place to determine how best to use this property for ministry.

Financial Stewardship
We're not taking on debt for this purchase.
And we're not draining our operating reserves.
That's important to us. Because faith and stewardship aren't opposites. We can step out in faith while still being financially responsible. And the reason we're in a position to do this is because people in this church have given faithfully for years.
